General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and y666 Casino ("y666," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website y666.asia and all associated sub-domains and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using any part of the y666 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all products and services available on y666.asia including but not limited to live casino games, RNG casino games, sports betting, cricket betting, slots, jackpot games, Hi-Lo, and all promotional offers and bonus programmes.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the y666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y666 strictly prohibits access to minors. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. False registration data, including fictitious names, incorrect dates of birth, or invalid mobile numbers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not have been previously suspended or excluded from the y666 Platform or any affiliated platform operated by y666.
• Online gambling must be legal under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access and use. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering. y666 makes no warranty or representation that access to its services is legal in all jurisdictions.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your y666 account. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

y666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any point. This may include, without limitation, a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Obligations

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the y666 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Where y666 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed, associated bonuses forfeited, and net winnings across all accounts calculated on a consolidated basis before any withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y666 account login credentials, including your username and password. y666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify y666 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

You must not permit any other person to access or use your y666 account. Account sharing, including sharing access with family members or friends, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

y666 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other conduct that y666 considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to other users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

y666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit limits and maximum deposit limits apply per method as displayed in the y666 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding your y666 account for gaming and betting activity. y666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered y666 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 2. y666 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal amounts are limited to your verified real-money balance, net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.

y666 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar month on accounts that have not completed enhanced verification. These limits are communicated to affected players through the cashier interface. y666 will not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing via JazzCash and Easypaisa; however, network fees applicable to USDT TRC20 withdrawals are borne by the player.

In the event of a deposit error, technical fault, or credited funds that exceed the intended deposit amount, y666 reserves the right to correct the account balance. Any wagers placed using erroneously credited funds are void and winnings derived from such wagers are not payable.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to individual offer-specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered across eligible games within a defined time period. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stipulated period results in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

y666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations – is a prohibited activity under these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of the associated account.

Players who have opted for self-exclusion or have active account restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers during the period of restriction.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the y666 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sports betting rules as published within each product section. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session or betting event, y666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

For live casino games, bets placed after the dealer announces "no more bets" are void. For sports betting, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Cricket betting markets at y666 follow international standard bet settlement rules. Ball-by-ball and in-play bets are settled in accordance with the official scorer's record. In the event of match abandonment, interrupted play, or result reversal by the governing cricket body after settlement, y666 will apply industry-standard void and re-settlement procedures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y666 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering under a false identity or providing any deliberately inaccurate personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any Platform function.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the y666 Platform.

Limitation of Liability

y666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. y666 shall not be liable for any interruption to gameplay or betting activity caused by events outside y666's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment network disruptions, or acts of God.

Amendments to These Terms

y666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where practically feasible.

Your continued use of the y666 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting y666 customer support prior to the effective date.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by y666's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent irreparable harm pending the resolution of arbitration proceedings.
